At Green Day, we want you to love your sustainable fashion choices, which is why we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. If your new outfit isn't the perfect fit, we are here to help you find an exchange or process a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the original tags on the garments and secure them in the eco-friendly mailer provided with your initial delivery.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it firmly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will notify you via email as soon as your refund is processed.
